CEF Online Academy – Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

At CEF Online Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services through live classes and digital learning resources. Due to the nature of our offerings, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. General Policy

All course fees paid to CEF Online Academy are non-refundable once access to live classes, recordings, or course materials has been granted, except in limited circumstances outlined below.

Enrollment in a course indicates that the user has reviewed the course structure, schedule, and suitability.

2. Trial Class Recommendation

Where applicable, users are encouraged to attend a trial class prior to enrollment.

Enrollment after attending a trial class constitutes confirmation that the user is satisfied with the course.

3. Monthly Subscription Plans

• Fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
• No partial refunds will be issued for:
• Missed classes
• Late joining
• Early withdrawal during the month

Users may choose to discontinue future billing by informing the academy through official channels.

4. Annual Subscription Plans

4.1. Users may request cancellation of annual subscriptions by contacting official support.

4.2. If cancellation is requested within the first six (6) months of subscription:

• A charge equivalent to one (1) additional month’s fee will be applied as a cancellation fee
• The remaining unused months will be refunded on a pro-rated basis after deduction

4.3. If cancellation is requested after six (6) months:

• CEF Online Academy reserves the right to retain the full subscription fee
• Any refund thereafter is at the sole discretion of CEF Online Academy

4.4. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or excess payment made by the user
• Failure to deliver the course due to a technical or operational issue from CEF Online Academy
• Cancellation of a course by CEF Online Academy

All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by CEF Online Academy shall be final.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

Any third-party transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion fees are non-refundable and will be borne by the user.

7. Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact CEF Online Academy support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a dispute without prior communication may result in:

• Suspension of access to the Platform
• Restriction from future enrollments

8. Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in any course or subscription plan, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Refund Policy
• You agree to abide by its terms
• You accept that refunds are limited due to the digital nature of the services
